Only items purchased on The Sense House can be returned to The Sense House for exchange.
You are strongly encouraged to check the product immediately upon receipt and may reject the order on the spot.
In the unlikely event of such if you find out that the product is faulty or different than those in your order, please contact our customer service by (Whatsapp) at +65 8655 5200 (Mondays to Saturdays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm), or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Our friendly customer service representative will contact you to find out the issues. If 48 hours have gone by since delivery confirmation, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you an exchange.
Kindly ensure the product is kept in its original packaging and original condition with the receipt/tax invoice attached before proceeding to return to us.
